Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item bought on our website, send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order at info@unjastudio.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

After notifying us, you then have 14 additional days to return the item.

Return Conditions

Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original UNJA STUDIO dustbag.  

Return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend using Track & Trace as we cannot refund lost return shipments.

If an order is returned to us because it was not picked up in time from a parcel shop, a reshipping fee of 29 DKK will be charged.

 

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order at info@unjastudio.com. Include your order number and the reason for the exhange. 

If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

Faulty Products & Warranty

According to Danish consumer law, you have a 2-year right to claim on all new products. This applies to manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

If you receive a damaged piece or experience an issue, please contact us at info@unjastudio.com. Include your order number and the supporting images of the defect.

Once we have reviewed and approved the claim, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or another form of compensation. If your claim is approved, return shipping will be free of charge.

If you receive a parcel which shows visible damage or defects at the time of delivery, please decline to accept it from the courier and contact us immediately at info@unjastudio.com.
